- Development of a negotiating strategy.
- Development of major lease point issues.
- Development of counter proposals or letter of intent , if necessary.
- A review and comparison of final counter proposals (i.e., lease versus lease analysis, if necessary).
- Lease review and refinement.
- Execution of Lease.
- Preparation of final lease abstract.
- Completion of plans
- Construction of premises, if necessary.
- Move in. Referral of other vendors (i.e., phone, moving company, furniture, computer integration).
- Walk-through
