Karen brings to Alan Joel Partners 12 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience.  Closing over 200 transactions in 35 cities, Karen’s background includes extensive retail and office experience representing landlords and tenants along with investment sales.

Prior to joining Alan Joel Partners, Karen was affiliated with a national commercial investment brokerage firm, and she spent several years consulting office and retail tenants with market analyses, regional and national site selection and sale/lease negotiations.  As a strategic thinker with a strong background in real estate marketing and sales, Karen provides her clients with optimum service and valuable long-term relationships.

Karen is an Atlanta native and earned a bachelors degree in communication arts/public relations with a business minor from Georgia Southern University.  She is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and serves on various committees including the community service committee.  Karen is in the process of obtaining her CCIM designation and a second real estate license in the state of Florida.
