includes extensive retail and office experience
representing landlords and tenants along with investment
sales.
Prior to joining
Joel & Granot Real Estate,
Karen was affiliated
with a national commercial investment brokerage firm,
and she spent several years consulting office and retail
tenants with market analyses, regional and national site
selection and sale/lease negotiations. As a strategic
thinker with a strong background in real estate
marketing and sales, Karen provides her clients with
