Since 1980, Holley has specialized in representing tenants and landlords in leasing and sales of office, retail & industrial properties.  Holley’s experience in representing institutional owners of commercial real estate gives her a unique edge in negotiating for her user clients.  Her understanding of many issues facing the small to medium sized user of space, market knowledge, attention to detail and communication skills are a few of the reasons Holley’s clients choose to do business with her.

Recent major projects include:

Holley is one of the few remaining natives of Atlanta.  She majored in marketing at West Georgia College and Kennesaw State University.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.  She is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
